This airline is a joke. They are charging $65 extra for carry ons. Smh and they don't accept cash but they want that much more for a small over head bag. If they are going to rob and stick people up like this they should atleast take it how ever they can get it. All the staff are Black, which makes it looks more bad. Putting our own people in bold positions. When i left Detroit they were all black and very nasty and rude about it. Smh🤦🏽 Also in Atlanta the staff is also all black when you check in. Very poor treatment and customer service!😠 They won't even give you water on the plane. Then as i check in for my flight to leave they have postponed the flight almost 3 hours delay.😬😤 Then i ask do i get anything for the inconvenience or compensation they said no in nasty way. They could atleast take off this unnecessary charge for a small carry on bag.🤷🏽 They shouldn't be allowed to continue to treat there customers this way! They should be boycotted!!
