Humans like to generalize.
It makes things easier for us to remember and puts everything into nice, neat little boxes.
Unfortunately, the world is complex, and neat little boxes are rarely ever the case.

A rude couple
As I was riding a jeep going home yesterday, there was a couple who seated in front of me. I was wearing a uniform because I had a class. Later on, they were starting to talk about summer class. Saying things like "maybe because they have failed subjects that's why they're taking summer class" and then laughed out loud. I know they were referring to me. I mean, who else were they referring to? I was the only one wearing school uniform. Their topic wouldn't just pop out of nowhere. Clearly, they were mocking me. As far as I could remember, the girl even boasted that she's an accounting student. But I didn't let them affect me. It's just that, not all those who take summer classes have failed subjects. It's in our curriculum. People should stop stereotyping and being rude.
