[Technique] Sometimes the Black Belt Proverbial 'Don't Get in It' just doesn't cut it... Learned this one from the godfather himself @renzograciebjj and perfected in countless hours of getting smashed by him...although I could never pull it off against Renzo it has stayed with me since I was a Brown Belt.
