🐇 February is “Adopt A Rescued Rabbit” month! Throughout the month, we’ll be featuring our adoptable bunnies, and promoting proper rabbit care. Chestnut is a super cute bunny who would love to come home with you! Here’s a note from Chestnut’s foster family:
“Chestnut is a friendly, sweet girl who would thrive in a quiet home with lots of space. Chestnut loves exploring outside her enclosure and sniffing whatever new scent she comes upon. She’s curious, brave and shows no fear while socializing with her feline housemate. Chestnut gets a bit of a scare whenever the heat comes on and she’ll start thumping but she’s facing her fear. Chestnut loves fresh veggies / fruit and has enjoyed spinach, cilantro, carrots, bananas and raspberries. She isn’t a fan of cuddles, but happily accepts all the pats. Chestnut is still a young rabbit and will likely adapt well to any loving environment.” All our adoptable rabbits have been spayed or neutered, and have been vaccinated against Rabbit Hemorrhagic Disease (RHDV). Our fostered bunnies live in spacious puppy pens, or are free roaming (cage-free) in bunny proofed rooms. All our rabbits are litter box trained. Rescued new Pigs 

Ich bin eine kleine Pflegestelle der @meerschweinchennothilfehh_ev und habe gestern aus dem neuesten Großnotfall mit fast 70 Tieren 3 hochschwangere Weibchen aufgenommen. Die Tiere wurden aus furchtbarer Haltung gerettet und müssen jetzt erstmal gegen Parasiten und Pilz behandelt werden und in Ruhe kennen lernen wie schön ein Meerschweinchen-Leben doch eigentlich sein kann!Die Mütter und Babys werden erst nach der Geburt / Ausschluss einer Trächtigkeit und angemessener Säugezeit in ein neues artgerechtes Zuhause vermittelt. Fast alle geretteten Weibchen sind trächtig, unter den 25 aufgenommenen Jungtieren waren einige erst wenige Tage alt. Alle Böckchen, auch die kommenden Baby-Böckchen, müssen kastriert werden! Über Spenden jeder Art ist jede Pflegestelle sehr dankbar, egal wie klein die Hilfe ist. Guckt doch mal nach, ob in eurem Stadtteil eine Pflegestelle ist die ihr unterstützen könnt! Mit einer Spende von 10€ kannst du einem der Babys seinen Namen geben! Welche Babys das sein werden, erfahrt ihr auf jeden Fall hier von mir oder vom oben genannten Instagram-Account. Bei mir sind noch keine Babys gepurzelt, aber sobald die Babys meiner drei Mädels da sind, gibt es Fotos! Neben einer Namens-Patenschaft gibt es aber noch einige andere Möglichkeiten mich und die anderen Pflegestellen zu unterstützen: Ich freue mich sehr darüber, wenn du mir eine Nachricht schreibst, ob du schonmal ein Meerschweinchen gerettet hast, Fragen zur Notstation hast oder einfach nur um Hi zu sagen. Die Meerschweinchen freuen sich über: -Heu -Gemüse, Salat, Kräuter -Frischekisten von @kaninchenkiste oder @grunhopperrabbitfood -Kastrations-Patenschaften! (PN an mich!)

Viszont remélem, hogy egy álomcsaládba kerül, ahol nap nap után szeretni fogják és családtagként tekintenek majd Rá.

Nem szeretném ha még egyszer visszakerülne, mert "nem kell". Nem szeretném hogy újra törést szenvedjen...

Egy álomcsaládot érdemel, egy jóóó nagy kanapéval, amin ki tud nyúlni és fetrengeni. Sajnos nem Én leszek az, aki ezt megadja Neki, bármennyire is szeretném, de mindent elkövetek azért, hogy a lehető legjobb helyre kerüljön, a következő egy hónapban kiderül...

1 year ago to the day, this little shit made our lives a whole lot brighter. We had just started to heal from having our other two babes stolen and you helped more than you will ever know.
