Desert Moon Dennis DeYoung Released 1984 This is the debut solo album release from former Styx member Dennis DeYoung. I owned this cassette version when it was released back in 84 but never really played it except for the song "Desert Moon". After listening to it in its entirety, I see why. Only a few exceptions of songs I liked. The song Fire, which is the Jimi Hendrix classic, is 'different', undecided if I like it or not. Desert Moon is still a great song, which is why I picked up this album a few years ago.
