Repost from @doomtwinkie ・・・ Little painting I did last night. Kinda, sorta an #artsnackschallenge (had a little help from previous boxes, though. Will probably do another with just this month’s supplies - I really like everything in the box, save for the paper. Just not a fan of cold press paper, I think.) Sorry I’ve not been around much lately. Life has been barely tolerable, weird and hectic lately. Been trying to take it easy a bit because the stress has started to make me ill. Have you tried salt on the poison ivy? It can help dry it up. Hope you feel better. :)

eowynsmusings - The Tolkien fandom has been one of the kindest fandoms, but there are always parts of any fandom filled with angry people. It’s so hard to take it because I created the series for people to enjoy. I didn’t want kudos, or comments, or likes, or whatever the hell for it. I wrote it because I enjoyed writing it, I posted it because I enjoyed chatting and commenting back to people. So to have someone basically spit on it and say it wasn’t good enough just breaks my heart. People like you, though, make it worthwhile. Because you’re lovely and amazing and have such a good heart.
