It’s not even the demons, Headless, Moloch, wendigo, purgatory, or time travel. the most illogical and asinine thing about sleepy hollow is that Ichabod Crane, a white man from the 18th century didn’t have a problem with Abbie Mills’ skin color, but the writers, white men from the 21st century, did.

As someone who isn’t that big on the LGBTQ+ community, I have plenty of friends who are either bi, straight, gay, pan, asexual, or something else. While I don’t mind if people’s views are different, if it gets to the point where you feel the need to go out of your way and oppress others, you need to shut the fuck up.

In a world full of oppression, it’s extremely scummy to pull a move like this. It’s even scummier if you’re in the community, cause that’s essentially backstabbing the many, many people who are in it, whether you’d like to admit or not.

My best suggestion for anyone who struggles with stuff like this is to accept yourself. While yes, it feels great to be accepted by others, this isn’t guaranteed. The only person who can bring happiness is really yourself. Don’t let some fuck tell you otherwise.
