I did something yesterday that both terrifies and excites me. I quit my job! Well sort of. I gave notice and then worked out a plan to have me come in three days a week until they can hire a new person. This conversation was SCARY but soooo worth it! If I'd been like the last person and just left without saying anything the partial days opportunity would have never presented itself. Sometimes the hard conversations lead to the best results, sometimes they don't. But you'll never know if you don't have them. So what's up next for me? Here’s to trying new things... ⁣ ⁣ The first pass I did, I reached the top and was unwilling to trust the auto-belay and climbed all the way down. It was like my brain knew I was ok, but my body refused to believe it. The next try, I reached the top and decided to let go and it was the most freeing experience I’ve had in a while.
