The door bumper was missing & the towel bar ends were missing &/or loose as well as the toilet paper holder & the toilet handle was loose too. Even the bamboo window shade was in desperate need of repair too. He even looked at the bathroom privacy door handles as lots of times after ten years or so the privacy handle push button type of door handles stop locking. Who likes to think the bathroom door is locked when it's not only to have someone walk in on you...raise their hand.
