Ford has released its third recall to fix the door latch issue on vehicles built in 2011-2016. There is a risk a door can open during driving.
The recall covers nearly 2.2 million Ford and Lincoln vehicles in the United States. The models involved are the Mustang, C-Max, Escape, Fiesta, Focus, Fusion, Transit Connect, and the Lincoln MKC, MKZ.
