heyy so i started this thing a while ago but there’s still a last part to the lebanon headcanons (like i sent this, but tumblr has been shit with my asks, ask outro they know all about it)

PART 4 OF THE LEBANON HEADCANONS

Contrary to Sam and Cas, Dean doesn’t really have a project in Lebanon. He just hangs out. He’s handling their post, he’s doing the groceries, he’s ordering car parts at the repair shop cause he’s tinkering on all those old cars in the bunker. And the people in Lebanon just know him. Some know him as Cas’ boyfriend (an assumption they made even before Dean and Cas were together), some know him as Sam’s brother, some know him as Jack’s… dad? Guardian? Uncle? No one’s really sure. And then some just know him as the dude with the Impala. He’s frequenting the diner, where he’s exchanging pie recipes with the cook. He’s renting movies every week and is sometimes even found checking out a book at the library (this happens more often than you’d think). Sometimes he helps out Cas, sometimes he hangs out with Jack, Stacy, Max and Eliot. He doesn’t need to have a project, he’s just part of the town. He’s just there

Also Dean just being that guy that nobody really knows what he does exactly or who he is exactly but they know he's there and they know that he likes pie and books and cars and his family is great I love that for him, he just gets to be a normal person to this town just someone who everyone's like 'oh, Dean? the one who hangs out at the diner?' is great I love that for him tbh

So you've been answering all of my old asks (and there's a lot of them) so I figured I'd give you a new one!

I think I mentioned it before, but I kinda left the spn Fandom and made way for the transformers Fandom. (I'll still be here for you guys don't worry) but if you dig a little bit, you'll find a very common trend in the IDW publishing comics. And that is crossovers. There are so m a n y. Back the the future, g.i. Joe, star trek, Ghostbusters and a few more I can't think of right now. But what if they had a crossover with supernatural? It would depend on what continuity but every single one would be fun. [If you thought that spn was complicated and full of plot holes, you've never seen tf lore. It's worse than fnaf. The commercials are sometimes canon which is a night mare in of itself. Why does Megatron know what figgy pudding is??? What] Imagine one of the autobots scanning the impala as a vehicle mode. Shockwave and ratchet being fascinated by a "human" that is powerful or is an "outlier" (per idw lore, again, everything is confusing) I just think it would be a neat idea. Especially since transformers media is a roulette wheel of quality, much like supernatural itself. (I'm serious, you can go from heart wrenching relationships [canon gays!] That are beautifully written to bumblebee doing an exercise video.)

But that sounds like such a cool crossover! We have like a list it might be too long a list but we don't need to talk about that of various crossovers we want to do eventually and maybe there would be an interest to do a transformers crossover? OK maybe a high chance looking at the chat lmao If not tho you should defo tag us if you do anything like that as it sounds really interesting!!

i’m 92% sure this is how people have been doing longer asks and line breaks and stuff. anyway. i have a few things for dreamhunter, if you don’t mind. 

- claire and kaia get matching tattoos, a small feather somewhere either on the side of their necks or on their thenars (the fleshy part of the thumb that’s kind of part of the palm) 

- they don’t separate for literal hours after kaia comes back from the bad place, pressed against each other or just touching in some form for the rest of the day and they both go into claire’s bedroom at jody’s house and no one questions it 

- kaia is a demigirl and identifies with ey/em pronouns and is immediately accepted by claire, who makes sure jody, alex, patience, etc. use them 

- the classic sword lesbians. 

- claire takes kaia on hunts with her and every time, the hunt ends with kaia lighting the match and extra ammo in her pockets 

i’ve realized a lot all of this is kind of post-canon, but. idk. they deserve it. 

hope the headcanons are okay :)

Okay, remember that one time Claire fixed Cas’ tie and told him he should wear ties more often and after that he does? But like, he doesn’t wear them properly like in the beginning. And so every time Claire sees him, she tries to fix the tie. And it gets to a point where she knows it’s pointless but she still does it? Because Cas wearing ties is a reaction to something she said and it means something and it’s important to her even though she’d never admit it. So she shows her appreciation by fixing the tie

Ah ah wait that's actually a really great headcanon. We will definitely make a point of addressing this/dropping subtle hints about it. We're looking for ways to strengthen Cas and Claire’s relationship, because it's really great for both character, and they have an interesting dynamic. Thank you for the ask! (And once again, so sorry it's late.)

Okay so when Dean starts being comfortable praying to Cas he starts doing it a lot. Sometimes it’s just to get his attention when he’a bored or something, sometimes he tells Cas about his day, sometimes when he’s pissed he prays passive aggressively (or outright curses at him, depending in what kind of pisses he is) and then when they’re a couple Dean starts doing it to tell Cas that he loves him, because doing it in a prayer is easier for him. And it’s also how Dean tells Cas about a lot of his worries and fears and insecurities. And then sometimes, Dean starts whole onesided (mostly random and trivial) conversations and waits for Cas to show up and have that conversation out loud with him, and sometimes Sam or Jack or anyone else is in the room too and they’re just like ‘did Cas just come in and start talking mid-conversation what’s going on?’

aHhHHHhalskdjf this is so great Emma. I like that headcanon a lot and it’s really great! Dean rambling on (haha I made a Led Zeppelin joke) to Cas in a one-sided conversation is really funny to me, and seeing Jack and Sam’s reaction to that would be a lot of fun.

Listen. I only want one thing from you folks, and that is an explanation of why and how Castiel came to be the Angel of Thursdays. Serious, jokes, I don’t care. This question has plagued me for years. What does it mean to have domain over Thursday? Were the angels just given their assignments or did they get to choose, and if so did Cas specifically choose Thursday or was he just stuck with it after somebody already took guinea pigs? Please I need to know

So a few of us had a discussion about this last night, and I think we finally have an answer for you anon. Thursday is symbolic for Cas and who he is as an Angel as well as his mental state and relationship with humanity.

So when you think of Friday, you think relief. And freedom. It's the day before the weekend. More relaxed and closer to it then any other day. But Thursday is still a proper weekday. Reaching out to the freedom that Friday gatekeeps, but not quite making it. So close to what he really longs for, but never quite reaching it. Close enough to know the grass is greener beyond the fence, but not close enough to experience it.

Yeah no I'm just kidding. He probably got to pick between that or the one fish that walked on land and tbh I'd pick Thursday too.
