Off anon for this csI think it's a topic people shouldn't shy away from. My best friend suffered from depression when I met her, and it was only as we became closer that she let me in. And it was the hardest thing I've ever dealt with- and I wasn't the one with it! I felt I could never help her no matter what I did and all I wanted was to see her happy. And I want to see you happy, but to this day I don't know how to do that for someone. All I can say is you're loved and never forget it! x

Ah this is cute. I love people who don’t shy away just because someone is not as stable as others. You are a truly amazing person and your friend is lucky to have you. Ah… this is so nice ^^ I’m tearing up<3 YOu are truly beautiful, my dear!

I have someone like that too. We weren’t even all that close, but he was so kind I couldn’t help opening up to him. He helped me a lot. I’m still not completely over it, because in my opinion depression is not something you can break and get rid of. It follows you for life and comes in waves depending on the events happening around you.

And for me it’s maybe even a tiny bit harder, because I have always felt out of place. I preferred to drift of into my own little world instead of paying attention the the people around me when I was younger. But when everything started to crumble down around me, it just hit me so hard … I literally stopped in my tracks. My entire life was on hold and I was unwilling to do as much as a single step forward.

And when you truly want to help someone, never treat him differently from others. We can’t expect you to carry our burden, so do not try to either. It will only drag you down. I know how hard it is. I witnessed it myself one too many times, maybe that’s why I’m so broken myself ^^ But you can hold our hand as we do, that’s more than enough.
