Have you ever experience that shift in energy that Ms. Lifford speaks of here? It is so real. . I’ve experienced it more times than I can count. It usually occurs when I make eye contact with a random person and offer them a hello or smile or maybe even a compliment of some sort. . Most people walk around with hardened expressions but when you hit them with that good energy, they soften right before your eyes. That right there is a transfer of energy. A shift.
