DJ Snake leads us into a dark and odious underworld of drug deals and twisted sex appeal, in this video for his remix of AlunaGeorge’s break out single, from the album ‘Body Music’, ‘You Know You Like It’.
The concept for this torturously bizarre video, directed by Grammy nominee Dori Oskowitz, manifested itself strangely enough, from an image of a “monkey dude in a hoodie sitting at a diner”. Oskowitz had stumbled across the image whilst putting together a treatment for another project two years prior and was drawn back to that desensitizing picture through AlunaGeorge’s masterful lyricism. The visual concept for the video was born and aren’t we glad it was!
