"Sing like you don’t need the money, love like you’ll never get hurt, dance like nobody’s watching, it’s gotta come from the heart if you want it to work.”
-Kathy Mattea
I often dance when nobody’s around. Here’s a sample. I also dance like this at concerts and stuff. Often I’m the only person dancing. It’s something that just happens when music gets inside my body that’s hard to shut off. Not caring what your dancing looks like because you enjoy it so much is one of the upsides to being unabashedly dorky. But by my standards it looks pretty cool -- I have no means of judging talent, but if you dance because you have to, it shows no matter what your dance skills are like.
The song by the way is “Millimillenary” by the Cocteau Twins.
