my first independent spell!  (plus school/productivity spell recipe)

this spell I made specifically to help me revise and prep for my last year of high school.

🌛ingredients🌜:  

a jar or something to hold the stuff in  

pen and paper for a sigil 

either a white candle (all purpose, balance and increasing mental abilities) or a yellow candle (intelligence and learning), or both 

rosemary (memory , protection and concentration)

cinnamon (success and mental improvement)

coffee grounds (spell booster , energy , luck and grounding)

optional : chamomile ( stress relief , luck and wards against negative energy) 

⭐instructions⭐:

step one: 

Draw , cut out and charge your sigil and put it in your jar  (I recommend , if you can , to use a body shop sample case thingy , look at the photos) , you can either glue it down or you can make it fit instead and leave it removable . I’m leaving mine removal so i can change the sigil if i see fit as i have a specific exam sigil that i use, while doing this start burning your white candle to use the wax.  

step two:

pour the candle wax into the bottom of the jar/case , then pour the rosemary, coffee grounds and 2/3 of the cinnamon (the other 1/3 will be used later) , also the chamomile if your using that. blow on it a bit to set slightly. 

step three: 

lastly , pour in the rest of the wax add the last of the cinnamon and wait a few moment and blow on 3 times before saying:                                                       “as this wax sets , as does my fate 

 with this in my pocket my luck will never be late”

or whatever mantra you prefer , blow on another 3 times before leaving to set.

This is the box in which I keep my witchy stuff. I live in a dorm as a closet witch. It’s a plain cardboard box between my laundry and another box with skates and boots in it. My books are on my desk. I don’t set something up unless I need to do something, and even then I sometimes don’t.

I have rosemary, bay, and cinnamon storied with a bunch of snacks under my bed. 

I have moon water, sea water, an apple wand, tarot cards, a not finished lithomancy set, pendulum and board, a hunk of rose quartz, and an assortment of string. I have a grimoire with all my finished stuff, a working book with experiments in it, and a book of shadows in my desk drawer. I have some eyeshadow I use for color magic and glamours by my bed.

That might sound like a lot of stuff but I made or already had most of it, and you probably do too. You don’t need The Witch Aesthetic to practice. Go outside, grab some rocks, throw them in a shoe box. Yippy you just got materials. Go cut a small branch and then stick it in your closet for 2 months, add some string. Boom! Wand!

Anyone got a simple(dorm witch here) spell to help ease the pain, cause chocolate and Disney movies aren’t helping anymore?

I need to get my butt in gear and get my work done but I keep crying.
