Agro being alive at the end of SOTC is really funny if you don't believe she could've survived the fall, bc then the logical conclusion is that she was resurrected by Dormin (an option I think is supported by how she guides Mono up to the garden at the end when there's no way she'd have known about it before). which is a weirdly nice thing for Dormin to do when they didn't have to. Like "yes boy you are subject to the secret clauses innate to making deals with an untrustworthy magical entity, allowing me to give you exactly what you asked for while stripping you of any opportunity to enjoy it. Your love makes you a desperate fool and I will exploit that to free myself and use you as my new vessel. The girl will live and you will never see her again. But also it's buy one get one free on resurrecting dead loved ones this week so I'll throw the horse in for you as a bonus"

One Piece chapter 1179 theory (w/spoilers):
There are TWO Imus. A king & a Queen. Hence the avoidance of pronouns so far. They, together, are neither he or she. Seems they need to split apart to leave their castle. Side affects aside, I'm basing this off the fact that IMU DOESN'T NEED WINGS. THEY CAN TELEPORT. They're in the process of teleporting for 40% of this chapter. They didn't fly. This thing tearing it's way out of Imu's back (or chest. Now that i really give it a good look. This shadow thumb of a creature has always been a bit rubbery) is Nerona, the King. Surely we'll see the Queen (also one of the first 20) hanging back at the castle in pain, bleeding, in maybe five weeks. Or less.
Plus (Shadow of the Colossus spoilers) the shadow entity, Dormin, spoke in a double voice for 95% of the game before splitting from his female counterpart & the voice filter in anime for Imu feels similar enough that I reached this conclusion.
