Villager without a doubt. If by each of the 3 parts, then it’s either Hero or Thief, between Dancer and Beast Master, and lastly, the Villager. Demon Lord and Dark Knight are close to first place as well.

Oof. Don’t think I have any memorized and that’s quite several number of quotes I like. Like Hero’s despair for not breaking pots, Wizard’s patheticness for wanting to see (or was it to cop a feel?) FeMc’s body, Dark Knight’s sob story of being forgotten… you know, the funny ones.

Saddest Moment
When Villager confesses how he wishes he have his existence acknowledged and have more time talking to you, even though he’s a MOB character. That truly breaks my heart.
