This is an incredible B*A*R*B recipe that my mother in law showed me that is an amazing blend to help with pain relief. Now I put this up because a lot of people are getting the flu, including my husband and my son as well. And body aches and pains are commonly associated with the Flu and can cause the week long sickness to be even worse.
