Here they are: the prompts for .Flow Week 2026~!!! This 7-day event will run from February 10th-16th. 🧡
.Flow Week is NOT a challenge or contest. It's a fun & relaxed celebration of .flow's 17th anniversary, meant to encourage the creation & sharing of fanworks (anything you can think of making: art, music, photography, streaming, writing, collage--you name it!).
I present these 7 days of prompts to serve as a guide & inspiration. You are welcome to combine or mix & match any of the 3 daily prompts as you see fit. You do not need to follow all 3 prompts per day (it's okay to choose 1 or 2), and you do not need to make something for every day. Even participating in just one day is great! It's all up to you--have fun & do whatever you're comfortable with. All skill levels welcome! 🧡
And yes, you can start working on your piece(s) in advance! I want to give everyone plenty of time. When February rolls around, share what you made & be sure to tag your post(s) with #dotflowweek26 so I see it! You can also @ mention me in the post. I will reblog it here @rustedalleys~! +u+

*Assistive Technology includes prosthetics, hearing aids, wheelchairs, and other devices used by disabled people.

*Depict .flow character(s) with another character(s) from other YNFGs, or non-YNFG media.
*Want to do something that doesn’t fit into the other days’ prompts? Want to make something silly? Do whatever—anything you want!
**Depict a character(s) from .flow wearing another character's outfit.

**As for ships, 1) you are welcome to depict crossover ships (such as UroSabi), and 2) it doesn't strictly have to be romantic--platonic ships are valid, too!

➡️ It will run from February 10th thru February 16th in honor of .flow's first release date (Feb 15th, 2009) and coincidentally Friday the 13th & Valentine's Day. Do with this what you will... >:) Overall I pushed the event earlier for 2026 because WOW are there a lot of major cultural & religious holidays happening this mid-February! :O

This is my 2nd year running the event, yaaay!!! It was originally run by @dotflowweek. And a big thank-you to @pb-s-corner for prompting me to revive .flow week in the first place! ^^
