Enjoying lunch with Ramsey County Sheriff Jack Serier. Having a great conversation about “Heart Of Service” and how this drives the great work of the people that work at the Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office. “Heart Of Service” is how the the staff respond to people in their hour of need. How will you be treated when you interact with staff at the jail? At a traffic stop? On the phone? It’s that intrinsic value that we all feel when we know we are helping for the right reasons and we have the inner drive to help others.
