A MORNING WITH DOTMAILER
Yesterday morning I made my way to London Bridge for my first ever #DotLive event. #DotLive is run by Dotmailer, who are a data-driven multichannel marketing platform (and also the email marketing software company my workplace uses!) Very interesting survey email here from dotMailer.
Given that they're supposed to be email marketing experts, it's quite interesting to see the lack of a prominent button/link through to the survey they're inviting me to participate in.
The main copy contains 4 links, only 1 of which links to the survey and is very similar to all the others..
Plus the unnecessary gap at the bottom is a frustrating design, pure wasted space...
