My clavicle bone feels like it's Double-Jointed
A couple of days ago I went to work out & try to rehab my ankle & strengthen my knees. Did some cardio & light weight-lifting. Now, today, I tried stretching my arm to loosen up for a workout but my clavicle bone feels like it's double-jointed.
This is the one of the areas that was effected by my bicycle accident, (resulted a medial malleolus fracture & ACL tear) which I had x-rays done after the incident. Nothing showed up. Doctors told me that it could just be a bone-bruise. Also to note, I had my injured areas checked out by two separate doctors.
Tried looking for answers online. Haven't found any. I am hesitant to workout because I am already dealing with the tear. Since I am currently in Las Vegas, I can't go to my doctors in LA. Also my insurance is bound to end in a couple of days. So basically I am really fucked because if this turns out to be really serious, I can't tend to it right now.
