Indulge in the irresistible combination of double chocolate and a soft pudding-like texture with these delightful cookies. Perfect for chocolate lovers and cookie enthusiasts!
Ingredients: 1 box 3.9 oz instant chocolate pudding mix. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 and 1/4 cups all-purpose flour. 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans optional.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Melt the butter and mix it with the brown sugar and white sugar in a large bowl until the mixture is smooth and creamy. When you add the eggs and vanilla extract to the butter, mix them in well. Put the cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and flour in a different bowl and mix them together with a whisk. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until they are just combined. Add the chocolate chips and chopped nuts if using and mix them into the dough until they are spread out evenly. Place spoonfuls of dough on the baking sheet that has been prepared, leaving space between each cookie. Put the cookies in an oven that is already hot for 10 to 12 minutes, or until they are set but still soft. After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way down. Drink milk or your favorite drink while you eat these soft double chocolate pudding cookies.
