But... these skaters rolled by us today on #23rdstreetportland and I couldn’t resist the irony. 19 years ago today we lost my cousin, the legendary #dougbyrnes . Seeing these rad kids ride by made me nostalgic and I asked them if I could take their photo. They were stoked and more than willing just as they were hanging out there on the corner of 23rd and Lovejoy.
