Remember dougstumblr?

Well, he's back at dougsnewtumblelog and better than ever. 

Dougie had some bad news just recently; for most it would be shattering, but Dougie's taking it on the chin and grinning in the face of adversity.

He's an awesome guy. I regard him as a friend, although I've never met him. We've shared highs and lows and had more than a few laughs together. He was a tower of strength when I hit a low spot last year. My low spot was nothing in comparison to his current situation. For me, there was a way back. Sadly, for Dougie that may not be the case.

Follow him here. Send him your love and help give him the strength he needs in this battle.

He wants you all too remember the tens of thousands of children diagnosed with all sorts of cancer every day. No matter what the news is tomorrow he says, remember he has had the privilege to live this long when many never reach their teens.  Here is one of his hero's Ian Botham who has raised over £3million for children with leukaemia with his walks.

He asked me to bring up a big pen so he could let you all know how he is doing. What do you guys think? :)

He started getting emotional from the first 3 messages he read, with nearly 3000 words in total to read I'm sure his heart will be bursting with love from you all! I can't thank you all enough for the kindness and love you have all sent us, all of my friends and family have seen how many notes and how big the list of messages was. They are all stunned by the magnitude of your support. From all of us, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

(edit) He wants me to start his Tumblr back up for when he comes home, i won't be uploading anything but you can send him messages to read for when he comes back :)

positively wishing

I wish I knew how to submit a comment or a note or a hello or a how ya doin' or a what's up, i.e. sup, on someone else's Tumblr, but .... I guess that's why wishes were invented. The biggest wish I have at this moment is wishing the best for Dougie and his family.
