Broaden across the chest, lift the chin, and round through the back. . 2. Bend your knees and spring forward. Keep the legs together and tucked into the stomach or chest. . 3. Press firmly into the palms as chest comes forward and elbows bend. Land the lower knee on your tricep. . 4.
