Philadelphia has apologized for experiments conducted on mostly Black men incarcerated in the city's now-inactive Holmesburg Prison, which exposed subjects to herpes, skin blistering chemicals, radioactive isotopes, and poisonous chemicals used during the Vietnam war.
Give me a fucking break. They remind me of priests that go into the confession booths in the Catholic Church and ask forgiveness for raping little boys and girls and get forgiven in order to repeat the acts over and over again thru most of their lives. They ask for forgiveness and they believe their God will allow them to come into heaven. Experimenting 1954 to 1974. And the sponsors should be held accountable too - Dow Chemicals, Johnson and Johnson, and the U.S. Army.
