It's been a very busy weekend! Lots of yoga teaching (of course) and thank you to all you yogis who kept me company at @feelwellbeing Friday through Sunday. Saturday afternoon I was laid up with an incredibly painful eye which I duly rested pirate style and was able to join @ozzlp for pizza and @dodobones sheer auditory and social pleasure at the Garibaldi. This morning more yoga gave was to taking this one @zeke_cross_123 to his #AmericanFootball training at which it snowed, hailed and sleeted all the way through! He returned to the car suitably muddy and elated. Thanks @hertscheetahs for a happy flag team member #downsethut off to #Northumberland tomorrow yay!
