The guys from @down_town_kustoms_australia have gone all in with Baileigh and are not looking back! #baileigharmy #baileighpowerhammer #baileighplasmatable ・・・ Tried a completely new way of making a tunnel last week,. and it shows how efficient and accurate you can work with the right gear, so we drew the tunnel in CAD to hug the exhaust and tailshaft, we then designed tooling for the Power Hammer to form the tunnel sides, we cut the tooling on the CNC plasma table and after a quick clean up, they were ready to rock and roll, off the same drawing we CNC cut the templates for the buck and even the x member that hugs the tunnel, this all happened very quickly, thanks to having the right gear, we even managed to add an offset detail bead line down the tunnel by adding it to the tooling, only way we could have made it quicker is if we had a CNC router to cut the buck, so at 7am we had an idea, by 6pm we had a design, tooling to make it, the main x member cut and tacked together and the tunnel sides formed ready to weld, working smarter and faster everyday! #DTK #DOWNTOWNKUSTOMS #baileigh_industrial #METALSHAPING #MUSCLECAR #HANDMADE #WORKSMARTER
