I think Doyoung is really observant and he’s been that way throughout your entire relationship so there are many quirks and habits that he’s picked up from you over the years which is his subconscious way of telling you that he pays attention to every little detail about you.
Also, because he's so observant he will notice if you really want something so he's constantly showering you with gifts because he just can't help getting you things he knows you'll love.
There’s a really beautiful balance in your relationship where you both find comfort in each other. He’s there for you when you need him and you’re there for him when he needs you. Since you’ve been together for so long, you both know exactly what the other needs, when they need it.
One way that Doyoung shows his love for you is in the kitchen. He loves to cook for you, even though he doesn't get the opportunity very often. He even goes out of his way to learn new recipes that he thinks you'll like. However, he knows that you’re always extra appreciative when he cooks a favorite meal of yours.
After a long day, you can’t wait to get home and spend some time with your sweet husband. You also can’t wait to eat. You’re making plans in your head on what to order as you unlock the front door and are hit with the scent of your favorite dinner being prepared. You take your shoes off and drop your bag by the front door before heading into the kitchen. You had expected Doyoung to be right in front of the stove, but he wasn't. You sneak a bite of the food before wandering around your house looking for him. You called out his name but got no answer. You checked the living room, bedroom, and bathroom and still couldn't find him. You were just about to pull out your phone to call him, when you heard the front door opening. "Hey, I was looking all over for you." You say, grabbing the bag out of his hand and planting a kiss on his lips. "I had to run by the store real quick" He says with his adorable smile. You look into the bag and see that it only has one thing, your favorite flavor of ice cream. "I know you've had a hard day so I cooked for you and then I noticed that we ran out of your ice cream and I thought you might like to have some tonight." Your heart was already melted at the fact that he cooked you your favorite dinner, but him going out of his way to get you some ice cream made your heart soar. You wrap both your arms around him, the impact causing him to stumble slightly but he catches himself and holds you tight. "You didn't have to do this, but I appreciate it so much." "Anything for you sweetheart." He says, eyes closed relishing in your sweet embrace. It really was the small things in your marriage that made you the happiest. That’s what made getting to spend your life with Doyoung so precious, you were consciously doing sweet things for each other, no matter how small because at the end of the day the only thing either of you really wanted was to see the other happy.
