Enjoy the flavors of a classic DQ Buster Bar in the form of a popsicle! Vanilla ice cream that is smooth and creamy, topped with rich chocolate, crunchy peanuts, and crispy rice cereal, and wrapped in a peanut buttery shell.
Ingredients: 1 cup chocolate chips. 1/4 cup chopped peanuts. 1/4 cup crispy rice cereal. 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter. 2 cups vanilla ice cream.
Instructions: Use a bowl that can go in the microwave and stir the chocolate chips every 30 seconds until the mixture is smooth. When the chocolate melts, add the chopped peanuts and crispy rice cereal. Put the peanut butter in a different bowl and heat it in the microwave for 20 to 30 seconds. Put some of the chocolate-peanut mixture in the bottom of each popsicle mold and save some for the top. Put molds in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes, or until they start to set a little. Put a small amount of vanilla ice cream into each mold and gently press down to fill in any gaps. Add the rest of the chocolate-and-peanut mixture on top and lightly press to stick. Put in the popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until the whole thing is set. Run warm water over the outside of the molds for a short time to get them out. Have fun with your homemade Buster Bar pops!
