A doctor from Cocoyashi village, Dr. Nako was a big helper for everyone in town. He nearly let Nami and Nojiko escape so that Bell-mère wouldn’t have to pay for their lives. In hindsight of the plans failure, he realized there’s ships on the coast and Nami and Nojiko would have never escaped. After the defeat of Arlong, he modified Nami’s Arlong Pirates tattoo into a new symbol. It’s Bell-mère‘s tangerines and Genzo’s windmill combined into one logo.
