(ETA: It is possibly noteworthy that the stated date is the 15th anniversary of the release of the first Danganronpa game, as @rubixkun observed.)
This could be almost anything, really.

A talking Monokuma plushie?
A game remake with newly recorded dialogue?
A Monokuma app that lets you randomly play Beacock's Monokuma lines?
Maybe he'll take over the anime voice in some new animated project?
A publicly available recording of the Hope! Despair! Musical where Beacock is Monokuma?
A one-man production in which Beacock acts out all the "Monokuma Theater" segments while dressed in a gigantic Monokuma mascot costume?
