Why Don’t We (Noir AU)

“Are you sure this is safe?”  Kitty nervously looked around, not that she could see anything outside the windows of the car.

“Why wouldn’t it be?” asked Kurt.  “It’s night, no one can see us, there’s no one on the road and we’ve pulled over.”

“If you’re sure.”  He’d parked his new Pilot in the mouth of an alley, then pulled her into his lap.  It was just the way he liked it, too dark to really make out his features, but exposed enough that it almost felt like flaunting their relationship in public.  He slipped his hand down to toy with the hem of her skirt, then started pushing it up until he could grope her ass.

Despite her initial hesitance, Kitty quickly returned his enthusiasm.  She pulled down his mask to give him a brief kiss on the mouth, then turned her attention to more sensitive parts, tracing the lobe of his ear with her tongue.  She undid his belt and unbuttoned his fly, moving past his cock to massage his balls.  Her other hand went around his waist, untucking his shirt so she could caress his abs and back.

As soon as they were . . . not decent perhaps, but presentable, Kurt rolled down the window.  Logan was indeed on the other side, a grin firmly anchoring a cigar to the side of his mouth.  “Evening, Dr. Wagner, Miss Pryde,” his eyes raked over their rumpled clothing.  “Got a call about a suspicious cab hanging around the area, bit surprised to see it’s just the two of you.  I know you’re insured, but it’s a bit off the jive for you to be caught barneymugging.”

Kitty turned a pink face up at Logan.  “I don’t suppose you’re willing to let us off with a warning?”

The detective chuckled.  He was in a good mood, must have had quite a bust earlier in the evening.  “Fine, just this once.  Long as you clear outta the neighborhood, you’re giving the locals quite a scare.  They think a torpedo’s hanging around.”

“Will do, Herr Logan.”

The Canadian tilted a suspicious look at the two of them.  “Have a fun evening then.  But-”  He pointed to his eyes with two fingers, then flipped them to direct at Kitty.  Kurt just rolled his eyes and Kitty ignored them both.  As he walked away, the couple finished doing up their clothes.

His lover eyed him out of the corner of her dark eyes.  “Guess I’ll take a check then?”

Amused, he kissed her on the temple.  “Just until we get to my place.  Then you can have it any way you want.”  And with that, he got out to wind the car.

N/A: Uhm, let´s see. Modern Noir au as always.

The night is dark and stormy as the weather reporter promised, Ororo Monroe never misses or get one weather reporter wrong and is amazing how she does that, but, at the moment, Kitty is looking at the rain with a relaxed expression. Tonight, for her great relief and joy, is a free night and she does not have to work on speakeasies of Felicia Hardy and can enjoy the free night.

Her cellphone vibrates next to her and it prompts the woman to pick up hope is not an emergency. It was from Felicia, apparently, her favourite client was here but once knowing Kitty is not working today he just left. And this makes Kitty chuckles.

"He´s one scary dude. Hope he didn´t bully Felicia for that" Kitty speaks to herself and text her boss back saying how the man is not that bad once you know him and Felicia didn´t respond that, only sent that Kitty´s sift begins Tuesday.

Her phone rings and she smiles fondly as is Dr Wagner calling her. "Hello, Good Doctor, what are you doing at this hour?" she asked knowing this is a private joke among them. The man is doing extra-shifts as he does always.

Dr Wagner cut someone throats with one hand(the victim has its mouth gagged and couldn´t scream) and the other holds the cellphone as the man watches his masterpiece. He went earlier to see Kitty but didn´t realize she would get a change on her time schedule.

"Me? I´m just finishing my shift. And you, Miss Pryde? Are you still thinking about murder?" He asked fondly and his heart soars in joy as he hears her cute giggles.

"Yes, I´m trying to kill this character in my story. Penelope...you think a cut on her throat is enough? I mean, she slept with Ana´s husband and Ana wants revenge"

"Uhm...If you managed to tackle Penelope down, put her in place no one will see her and get a good alibi I think this is a perfect way to kill a cheater" Dr Wagner states and Kitty has for a moment.

"Maybe is better I stick with poison"

"Whatever you say, Katzchen" and the man turns off as he sees the mafia getting rid of the man, now dead, and paying Dr Wagner aka the Demon his fair share.

Here’s the absolute biggest gem from my latest haul and in all honestly maybe the biggest gem of my entire collection! Leopoldo Lopez made 70s Dr. Wagner Sr. in blue. Almost certain it was torn by Mil Mascaras but I don’t have pics to confirm it 100%. A true piece of lucha libre history!
