the difference between the dynamic for georgia and dr weiss, versus the dynamic for ciel and cass is rlly funny.

like georgia and jeremy is! rlly fucked up! shes literally taking advantage of his nature and using it to help cover her own crimes, and THREATENING him, all the while shes like? in love with him? shes bad and not very good and jeremy is terrified for his daughters and his own safety.

meanwhile ciel and cass is just "immortal tries to get college droupout to join his multi-level marketing scheme"

OKAY so thats actually a rlly good question! theres sort of 2 parts to it, the how and the why. the how is pretty much like. jeremy actually Found one of the bodies very shortly after georgia killed them? and he was like "h holy shit what the fuck what the fuck holy shit" and she was like "nooo ahaha it was self defense <:] im very scared right now jeremy will you please help me" and he was like. kind of in shock but panicked and he agreed. especially after finding out that the victim was some rlly shitty rich asshole. he wasnt OKAY with it obv. its murder. but he basically convinced himself itd be fine. and by the time he found out that it Wasn't self defense. and he realized exactly what it was georgia was doing, he really. didnt know what else he could do? they were so far into it that he couldng exactly back out. so he just kind of. went with it and is helping her. thats part of the WHY portion, but the other part is just. hes fucking scared of georgia! and hes scared that she might hurt trudy if he doesnt help her!

basically jeremy is a very tired man who was taken advantage of bc hes loyal and trusting. and now hes an accomplice in covering up several murders because he doesnt want to die and more importantly he doesnt want his daughter to get hurt
