I've been thinking about Dr. Cookie so much recently so in turn I had to think about one of his uhh "enemies?**". He's essentially in a similar setting to SCP stuff lol. So I wanted to draw an updated reference for Vic!!! Vic is a very troubled 20 something yr old. Who thinks it is one of his duties in life to end humanity by means of our own pollution we've made. He is very intelligent and sneaky but this is clouded by his mental states. He is sui/cidal and an intense misanthrope that wants the world to end by cruel and horrific means- because to him, that is the end we all deserve.

Dr. Cookie has the ability to see visions about future perils our world COULD have happen- and unfortunately he sees Vic's plans alot lol.
