I was organizing some folders on my hard drive and I came across this HootHoot sketch that I must've drawn last week and completely forgot about, so I touched it up and gave it a spiffy background (which actually did end up working after all) This is Dr. Hoot from Twitch Plays Pokemon Crystal; he never did evolve into a glorious Noctowl but he's still rocking that bow tie The background is an opacity adjusted version of this pattern

Apparently TPP has a HootHoot named "Dr. Hoot" I just liked the idea of it evolving and screeching GERONIMO in a Doctor-esque pose while holding its sonic screwdriver to everything and anything, its cool bowtie and fez flapping in the wind
