This post inspired me, so I thought I’d make a Two design of my own! Thank you softwarepony! <33

I know that the Doctor already has a cutie mark. Personally, I like to think that they all have the same hourglass (with slight changes to how said hourglass is coloured). At the same time, however, every Doctor is unique—so I went with a double cutie mark. This would make it so that every Doctor still has the hourglass, while also having a cutie mark of their own.

For Two’s second cutie mark, I wanted something that could stand for his double sided nature—including his ability to lie, act, and manipulate. I’d say that the whole laughing drama mask thing is also a symbol of his optimism, but I really only picked it because I liked how it looked.

Also, he’s an alicorn! There’s no real lore reason for this, but it felt right.

The idea behind it was that both One and Two were alicorns, while every Doctor afterwards is only a pegasus, a unicorn, or an alicorn. Being exiled and losing your alicorn magic because of it does things to a pony.

Bugsnax invasion: Losing pie.

(The main six are running out of Ponyville alongside other residents, such as Lyra, Dr. Hooves, and Derpy, as it's being overrun with infected)

Twilight: Don't stop running until we get to the train!

(Suddenly, a grop of infected ambush the group of survivors)

Sea Swirl: The trains right up ahead!

Thunderlane: But we're surrounded!

Rainbow Dash: You guys, get on the train, we'll(referring to herself and the rest of the mane six)fight them off!

(The mane six started fighting the infected in order to keep them from getting to the train. They eventually succeed in getting the infected to back down)

Applejack: Yeehaw! We did it, y'all!

Twilight: Great job, girls!

Pinkie Pie: Uh, girls?...

(It's revealed that Pinkie Pie was bitten on one of her back legs while they were fighting)

Pinkie Pie: You girls will have to go on without me.

Rarity: But Pinkie-

Pinkie: Go, please. It's too late for me...

Rarity: I understand...

Fluttershy: Let’s go...

(Twilight, Rarity, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, and Fluttershy leave Pinkie Pie behind, and join the others on the train)
