i dont know how to move on and the past always keeps coming back to me

I’ve always had this problem too… mostly with relationships. I value my relationships with people. Not just girlfriends, but even friends I’ve made throughout the years. It’s difficult for me to accept that I can no longer call that certain someone to just catch up or ask how they’re doing. But life isn’t about holding onto scraps. Life is about moving forward and not letting the opportunities that arise pass you by. Keep looking in the rearview mirror and you’ll miss all the signs to a prosperous and joyous future.

That’s not to say forget your past. The past is what makes you, you. Just don’t look back in anger (great song), and let that help build character. Be someone that is worth someone else’s time.
