So let me guess what's going on based on the context of Dangan Ronpa. Monaca is now Enoshima 2.0 and is doing this as revenge, I can't imagine the AI coming back and if it did I'd be disappointed. Red blood means the kids gloves are off.

Slight spoilers below.

As of right now I don’t think there is any clear indication of Monaca being involved. My personal theory is that Monaca will be animated in Mirai Hen but I don’t think she is the primary mastermind yet, I think more of someone who assisted and help set up the main mastermind. As @kageuta pointed out, Anothr Episode Ultra Despair Girls kind of already hinted that there are 2 Junko A.I.s. Also Valwinz mentioned that this particular Monokuma might actually be the Monokuma that woke up at the way end of the first DR. Also it is extremely implied that someone in Future Foundation is a traitor working with the Ultimate Despairs so that person seems to be the true mastermind more so than Monaca or AI Junko.

Streaming Dangan Ronpa 3 Subbed!

So just streamed the RAW as it aired less than 2 hours ago! And the simulcast subs are already out! At least on the website, not the channel. I thought it took like 12 hours or so for simulcasts to come out so I am shocked it is so soon. So I guess we are going to rewatch Mirai Hen episode 1 all over again!
