Sorry I haven’t posted here in awhile, been busy. But I finally finished my semester!

Some more Alfred x Alear because that’s the only thing occupying my brain at the moment

Y’know, the more I draw the more I realize how much power that I have in my hands

So, I’ve been working on a little FE Engage AU where there was a little mistake on Alear’s part for the blessing that allows Alfred to live a longer life. I’m calling the AU Draconification, I went and made a process of Alfred going from human to dragon after the wars end… So here it is

Also I shall give translations as I know my handwriting isn’t the best

Alear: “The Spell says we need some blood from each of us”

Alfred: (Had an attack not too long ago) “..ok..”

Right After the spell

- Mark as proof spell worked

- Wraps hand to hide mark

Alear: (Nervously) “Wait hold on, l-let me reread the spell”

1.5 Years After

-Scar on lip from fight against Sombron

-Fangs growing in where teeth were lost and/or damaged

-Hand covering made by Céline, she has the cover for other hand

3 Years After

- Dragon stone (is earring on right ear)

- Ears start becoming pointy

Éve: Alfred be careful when training next time, look at your ear!

Alfred: I will

5 Years After

- Eyes starting to point

- Ears are more noticeable

- Started growing out hair to hide ear

Roughly 10-11 Years After

Éve stepped down due to health reasons, Alfred’s now King

- Gained a bit of Mobility in ears

- Hair long tied up in back

15 Years After

- Now with forked Tongue

- Hair down

- Eyes done pointing

- More Ear mobility

Céline: (angrily yelling) “Barbarian!!! Are you getting ready or just staring at your muscles?!?!”

35 Years After

Stepping down to join Alear in Lythos

Céline takes over Firene as Queen

Alfred: “Hey, Etie, Boucheron, I Will visit many times in the future. I won’t forget you and I will miss you”

I didn’t want to just use the cobra look that the fell dragons have so I based Alfred’s dragon form off of the Spiny bush viper and Alear’s is based off of a Python

What do you think little Lumera would look like grown up?

I have thought of that and this is my most recent drawing of Grown up Lumera. I would love to do more with her being older and interacting with Alear, Alfred, Veyle, Nel, and Rafal (whenever he shows back up randomly at Lythos) but I fear that it wouldn’t be interesting or people will Misinterpret drawing Alfred being a dad to her as something else (I’ve seen people get weirded out on the internet with some things that are typically parent stuff when the dad does it with their kids unfortunately). Also the nose ring is a clip on

I love your Draconification au so much can you please do a fluffy headcanon with Alfred and alear (you don't have to draw anything if you don't want to)

I’m glad you like the au, didn’t think people would like it as very much lol. I have a few head cannons with Alfred and Alear that I can share, not sure if they would be considered fluffy tho

- when going back to the somneil after Lumera’s death. Alear wasn’t sure what to do with herself as everyone one else was settling in or cleaning up the somneil. She just explored the area collecting rocks and she sat down by the lookout stacking the rocks she’s found and drawing in the dirt with a stick. Eventually Alfred finds her there and takes her to get paper to draw on instead. Since then she started to draw and paint as well as show him the rocks she’s collected

- Alear always tries to join in with Alfred’s training/runs when she’s available because she likes to see his smile on his face when she and him do workouts together

- Towards the end of the war after they gave each other the embroidery and ring, Alfred would sleep with Alear in her room as Alfred’s attacks would continue to get worse during the night (that’s where Alear used to the spell that accidentally turned him into a dragon because she didn’t want to lose him so early) and Alear’s memories of the past would haunt her sleep.

-After the war, when both Alfred got his dragonstone and Alear figured out a way to transform into a dragon with her emblem ring they would fly to each other to visit the other after missing the other for so long

- once Alfred stepped down from being king and moved to Lythos to be with Alear, he started to help cook for Alear since he new how much she loved sweets and just wanted to see her smile

- When Céline had passed away many years later, Alfred couldn’t get himself to do anything. He would just sleep or spend time in Alear’s art studio. Alear took notice of him taking care of the plants in her studio and how he looked somewhat happy. She decided to gift him a little area within the castle that’s strictly his own personal garden he could work on. Alfred was surprised at first but ended up loving the garden and he got back up from feeling so down. The loss of Céline was still hard on him but the weight wasn’t saying him down so much. Alfred loved to work on the garden and would try to get Alear as involved with the garden as possible
