                         It may come as a shock to you that I am writing you, but considering the circumstances of the war between our lands, I thought it be better to message you in a letter rather then in person. As you know, Niflheim and Lucis are always at each others necks, I wish it wasn’t so, but alas this is where lust for power as brought to us.

He informed him of your little visit to him in his private quartets while I was away and I take invasion like this, small or large very seriously. I suggest you stay from away from my Kingdom, and my son for that matter if you value your life. You may think that I am not match for you, but I ensure you my abilities are far more superior then anything you have ever seen.

It was dark when Lunafreya awoke. Where am I? The words swam around her groggy head. Oh yes, that’s right. She was back in Nifleheim territory again. No surprise there, as they liked to keep an eye on the oracle. Especially that Ardyn Izunia, a man whom she had grown to regard in disgust. He had said to report back to base before a certain time, and if not then it would be taken as a sign of ill will towards the empire. They couldn’t have that. No, Luna needed to keep up appearances of what Ardyn called “friendship” between herself and the growing nation.

While thinking on these matters, the door to her windowless chamber swung open. In strode a being clad in armor from head to toe. One of the immediate signs of gender was long, blonde hair that looked well-cared for. It almost reminded Luna of her own. Was that because it was made to be a mockery of herself? No, no, she was thinking too deep. The empire probably just wanted to remind her of their power over her and Tenebrae.

Realizing she was staring, Lunafreya tore her gaze away from the stranger abruptly. Even though these weren’t quite the circumstances for following such ways, her breeding of etiquette commanded the ex-princess to mind her manners. And thus she remained in silence, waiting for the stranger to bear whatever message they may have brought.
