Very minimal spoilers below the cut for V3

Momota calls Saihara by Shuuichi in the middle of Chapter 2, Harukawa as Harumaki from Chapter 3 onward, Yumeno calls Tenko as such from Chapter 3, pretty much everybody uses Gonta (honorific may apply), same with Angie. I think Toujou might just use last names only though. Momota calls Shuuichi and Harumaki his assistants/sidekicks, Ouma just uses Gonta, and ob, nee-san
