ive seen people noting stuff to take comfort in when it comes to last life (the afterlife isnt cruel, for example) and like. idk why im worried about this but i really hope that doesnt get changed? i know a lot of the cc's lurk tumblr and its a writers (er, roleplayer, in this case) instinct to make their audience suffer as much as possible. but i love those posts because having good things in a tragic work is so important to hammer home the tragedy!! if it was just misery and suffering i wouldnt like last life. the possibility of these characters being happy adds a layer of complexity and keeps me interested. idk where im going with this i just love tragic stories and hate the idea that tragedy = pure misery the whole time
