Dragonball Gohanverse | Episode 8

Okay, sooooo. Looking for some help here.

Recently I remembered an old dragonball fan comic that someone made back in the mid 2000′s.

It was set around 100 years after the events of the last episode of GT and it was about two androids, designed by Bulma’s descendant, (who looked like Vegeta and Trunks, but with some differences and I believe the Vegeta one smoked???), who were searching for people with Saiyan blood so they could help prepare them for when an empire of Saiyans would arrive on Earth.

The last thing I remember from the story was the main character fighting a scout, who had arrived on Earth. I recall that she, the Earthling, had long blonde har and had a guy friend, who had an attraction for one of the androids (I think it was the Vegeta one, though it could have been the Trunks one as well, since, purple hair).

Anyone remember that one?
