I usually post things gradually for insta but let's just do a big dump here because I just finished editing and I'm excited hehe

I kinda revamped this costume a bit? He's got a few more layers now, and I can actually walk in the gown this time! I was also pretty heavily inspired by this one fic on AO3 where Ai is a siren? I tried to push this design just a tad more dangerous, it was really fun!

Like, half of the pictures we got are me laughing after being splashed by a big wave oops lol

I'll probably do one more post after this because I kinda accidentally got some friends really into the designs so this shoot actually had a Ren and Otoya as well!

Remember Dragon Ai? I've dreamed of giving him a beach shoot for YEARS.

I cannot begin to explain how excited I am to show you all some of the shots we got recently! This might have been the most fun I've ever had on a photoshoot 💙💜🤍✨

Not all of the changes made to the original concepts we're my idea, my teacher had final say in everything (to simulate a work environment basically)

He told me they had "too many scales" which I disagree with but under his advice I think they look a little more striking maybe?

Idk. Art is hard and talking about art is harder.

It's inspired by @utanoprinces dragon AU!!!I had to change the design around a bit but yeah it's Dragon! Ai and Ranmaru because those were the two sketches I did that my teacher liked (^・^)

Did a snowy Dragon Ai shoot today!!

It's 9° and I was walking around barefoot in fresh snow haha....

We got some great shots though!! I think you'll agree with me that it was worth it once you see the results ;)

I've learned a lot about editing photos in the last few months... hopefully it shows? editing these was really fun.

Part of me wants to try adding in special effects? Maybe essence or magic or something? Just for fun? We shall see...

It makes sense to me to post only three pictures of a costume at a time on Instagram in nice little rows... But on Tumblr that doesn't make a lot of sense. So uh, I guess the people who see this here kinda get to be all fancy and see these pictures I worked really hard on before I put them up over on insta?

Social media is weird and I don't know what I'm doing.

Snowy Dragon Ai! The first of quite a few quite pretty pictures :)

I went through our old leather book collection to find some pretty potential spell books. I find it quite challenging to pose without a prop. The one I'm holding here is Charles Darwin's "evolution of species" I think. ✨🐉💜✨🐉💜✨🐉💜
