Dragons Prophet Log In help?

I've waited a couple days for this game to download and now it won't let me log in. Whenever I try, a message pops up saying "please check you email address and password". I've checked it several times and it's fine. I've checked my junk folder too. I created a second account hoping it would work but the same problem pops up. I can't log into the website either so I can't send a ticket for help. This is insanely frustrating, can anybody help?
