Something I've noticed is how I eat food. Instead of bringing the utensil closer, I tended to dip my head down, sometimes extending my neck as if I had a longer neck.

我發現我在吃飯的時候，不是把餐具拿近，而是把頭低下去，或是伸長我的脖子，好像我有長脖子一樣。
