I think I made this around the time the Hobbit movies were coming out, so even though it’s a generic dragon, it was probably inspired by Smaug and Dale, and I See Fire XD Also, I think I was using a specific dragon picture as reference but I don’t know what it is anymore. 

I especially like the smoke on this picture.

Another dragon!! I was so excited to post this one!! It’s one of my favorite pieces ever that I’ve done!! 

I used the patterns themselves to make the dragons body this time, instead of just putting whatever patterns in there, and I think that made it look really good!!

I made it at Christmastime one year when my relatives were at my house. They were the ones who suggested I use both orange and yellow in the eye. Best advice I ever took!!
